Dynamite Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a well-established and highly regarded mortgage brokerage in Southampton to recruit a Mortgage Administrator.

The Role As a Mortgage Administrator, you'll play a key role in supporting the mortgage process from application through to completion, ensuring an exceptional experience for both clients and business partners.

Your responsibilities will include:

Managing mortgage cases from application through to completion.
Liaising with clients, solicitors, estate agents, developers, lenders and mortgage advisers to ensure cases progress smoothly.
Updating and maintaining accurate records on internal systems.
Providing regular updates to clients and third parties throughout the mortgage journey.
Preparing and processing mortgage documentation.
Carrying out compliance and file checks.
Managing incoming emails and telephone enquiries professionally.
Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties.

What We're Looking For

Previous administration experience within financial services, ideally mortgages.
Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail.
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal.
A professional and friendly telephone manner.
Strong customer service skills.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel.
The ability to prioritise a busy workload and manage multiple cases.
A proactive approach with a willingness to learn and develop.
