Due to continued growth, our client is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to support their busy operations team.

The Role

This is an excellent opportunity for someone at the beginning of their career who has gained around 6-12 months' experience in an administration or customer service role and is looking to build their skills in a supportive office environment.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you'll provide day-to-day administrative support while assisting customers with enquiries and ensuring a smooth customer experience. Full training will be provided, so a positive attitude and willingness to learn are just as important as previous experience.

Key Responsibilities

Respond to customer enquiries via telephone and email.
Provide excellent customer service and ensure queries are resolved promptly.
Prepare customer quotations and supporting documentation.
Update and maintain accurate customer records using the company's internal system.
Liaise with colleagues and external suppliers to help coordinate customer requests.
Support the wider team with general administrative tasks.
Ensure all customer information is recorded accurately and kept up to date.

About You

We're looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organised and enjoys helping people.

Ideally, you'll have:

6-12 months' experience in an administration, customer service or office support role.
A friendly and professional telephone manner.
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and good organisational skills.
The ability to manage your workload and work to deadlines.
A positive attitude, willingness to learn and a proactive approach.

What's on Offer

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business that is committed to delivering outstanding customer service while making a positive environmental impact. You'll receive full training, ongoing support and the opportunity to develop your career within a friendly and collaborative team.
