The Role

As Finance Administrator, you will play an important role in ensuring our financial and payroll processes are accurate, timely and well organised.

Your responsibilities will include:

Using Xero to prepare and generate client invoices
Preparing BACS payment files and maintaining accurate banking records
Reviewing contractor and client contracts to ensure rates are correctly applied for billing and payroll
Checking data for accuracy and resolving discrepancies where required
Supporting the wider finance and administration function with general duties as needed
Working to monthly deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

Skills & Experience

We are looking for someone who is organised, reliable and comfortable working with numbers and detailed information.

You will ideally have:

Strong Excel skills, with confidence using formulas and working with data
Previous experience in an administrative role
Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
The ability to work to deadlines, particularly around monthly payroll
Good communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Previous experience with payroll, invoicing, accounts or Xero would be advantageous, but is not essential

Why Join Us?
