Job description
CSS Recruitment are looking for a Document Controller in Leeds.
Day to Day Jobs:
Manage digital interface's such as Asite, ACC Etc.
ISO 19650 part 1 knowledge and understanding (Naming requirements and information management) .
Collation and distribution of design comments.
Ensure the workforce has the latest drawings (updating drawing folders, providing drawing packages etc.).
Manage workflows and distribution system.
Assist with digital issues.
Ensure QA records are up to date.
Assist with keeping any hard copies up to date.
Timesheets and general admin.
PAYE payments. Includes pension, holiday pay etc.
