Job description

This Credit Controller position puts you at the heart of a leading IT business, where your work will directly influence the company's expansion. Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for:

Managing all aspects of credit control
Chasing outstanding debts
Handling a high volume of emails and phone calls
Learning the client base and forecasting payments accurately
Maintaining strong attention to detail and proactive follow-up

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar role such as Credit Controller, Accounts Receivable, or Collections
2-3 years' experience in credit control
Ability to hit the ground running and work independently
Driving licence
Strong attention to detail and proactive approach to learning new client bases
Confident using Xero
