HR Administration Auditor
•Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £14.50 per hour (Dependent on Experience)

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and detail-oriented HR Administration Auditor to join a busy and professional organisation for a short-term assignment. This role will focus on reviewing internal HR records, auditing employee documentation, and ensuring personnel files are complete, accurate, and compliant.
Day-to-Day of the Role:
•Conduct detailed audits of internal HR systems, employee files, and documentation.
•Review records to ensure all required information and documentation is present and up to date.
•Carry out high-volume data entry and record updates across internal systems.
•Identify missing documentation and proactively follow up with managers and employees to obtain outstanding information.
•Maintain accurate tracking records and provide regular updates on audit progress.
•Liaise confidently with senior leaders and stakeholders across the business.
•Handle highly confidential employee information with professionalism and discretion.
•Support the wider HR function with administrative tasks as required throughout the assignment.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
•Previous administration experience within an office environment.
•Strong attention to detail and the ability to work accurately with large volumes of data and documentation.
•Confident communicator with the ability to engage professionally with senior leaders and stakeholders.
•Assertive and proactive approach when chasing outstanding information.
•Strong IT skills, including experience working with databases, HR systems, or Microsoft Office applications.
•Ability to manage confidential information sensitively and securely.
•Previous HR administration experience would be advantageous but is not essential.
