Location: King's Lynn Area Salary: £25,000 - £26,000 Job Type: Permanent, Full-Time
The Opportunity
A well-established automotive business is seeking an organised and motivated Sales Administrator to join its busy dealership team. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual looking to develop a long-term career within the automotive sector, with full training and ongoing support provided.
Working within a fast-paced environment, you will support the sales function through accurate administration, customer service and coordination of vehicle sales processes.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Administration
•Process vehicle sales orders accurately and efficiently.
•Prepare customer and vehicle documentation.
•Assist with vehicle registrations and invoicing.
•Maintain accurate vehicle stock records and sales databases.
•Provide administrative support to the sales team.
•Liaise with customers, finance providers and external suppliers.
•Ensure all documentation is completed in line with company procedures and compliance requirements.
General Administration
•Handle telephone and email enquiries professionally.
•Welcome customers and provide a high standard of customer service.
•Maintain organised filing systems and office records.
•Support colleagues with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Candidate Requirements
The successful candidate will:
•Have previous administration experience.
•Ideally possess at least 1 year of vehicle sales administration experience.
•Demonstrate strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
•Be confident using Microsoft Office and computer systems.
•Have strong communication and customer service skills.
•Possess good numeracy and literacy abilities.
•Be able to manage workloads effectively and prioritise tasks.
•Work well as part of a team.
•Display a positive, reliable and professional attitude.
Automotive industry experience is advantageous but not essential, as full training can be provided.
