This is an excellent opportunity for a Property Litigation Paralegal to join a specialist team handling a broad range of contentious property matters. The successful candidate will support experienced lawyers on a varied caseload while developing specialist litigation expertise.

Description
Draft and review legal documents related to property disputes.
Assist solicitors with case preparation and legal research.
Communicate with clients, keeping them updated on case progress.
Manage case files and ensure all documentation is accurately maintained.
Liaise with external parties such as surveyors and opposing legal teams.
Monitor and adhere to deadlines for court filings and submissions.
Provide administrative support to the wider legal team as needed
Profile
A successful Property Litigation Paralegal should have:
