Job description
FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established, award-winning financial planning business with the recruitment of a Wealth Management Administrator.
Permanent, full-time position based near Wetherby, West Yorkshire. This is a fully office-based role supporting Financial Planners and their clients across a broad range of financial planning products.
Salary
Fully Negotiable depending on experience + discretionary bonus + excellent benefits
Key Responsibilities
Provide administrative support to Financial Planners across a range of financial products.
Manage client records and maintain accurate documentation.
Liaise directly with clients and provide regular updates.
Prepare documentation ahead of client meetings.
Track investments and support the implementation of financial plans.
Process client administration accurately and efficiently.
Maintain a high standard of client service throughout the financial planning process.
Work closely with Advisers and other members of the client service team.
Skills & Experience
At least 2 years' experience within wealth management or financial planning.
Strong client service and communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Good organisational skills and ability to manage a busy workload.
Confident using Microsoft Office and learning new financial services systems.
Professional, reliable and comfortable working as part of a collaborative team.
