Customer Care Co-ordinator (12month Fixed term contract)
£25-28k basic salary + benefits
Solihull office based - Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm
We are looking for a professional, confident and approachable individual to join our clients busy Customer Care team as a Customer Care Co-Ordinator. Your role will be to provide effective communication and support to internal and external persons, to enable efficient and productive service between offices/ clients/ sites/ subcontractors, hold accountability of defects received until job closed and ensure all reported defects are received, actioned and closed out efficiently.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service skills that enjoys a fast-paced environment and wishing to develop themselves professionally. You would be a key asset to the Customer Care team.
Key Responsibilities:
•Ensure each defect received is recorded, actioned, and closed out efficiently.
•Plan and co-ordinate work with operational team.
•Effective communication with residents to assist the completion of works.
•Effective follow up of works to ensure closure.
•Communication with technical team to close out drainage remedials.
•Monthly meetings with Contracts Manager to ensure follow up on live defects.
•Ensure good working relationships are created and maintained.
•Provide regular feedback and communication on ongoing jobs to relevant persons.
•Ensure any concerns, complaints or issues are escalated to Customer Care Manager.
•Support to Contracts Managers with regular updates of outstanding works on live sites.
Requirements:
•Previous customer service and administration experience.
•Excellent telephone manner.
•Good understanding of Microsoft Excel and computer literate.
•Ability to prioritise and work well under pressure.
•Effective oral and written communication skills.
•Excellent customer service skills.
•Demonstrate an extremely high level of confidentiality.
•General reasoning ability.
•Ability to resolve problems and think on your feet.
•Excellent organisational skills.

•Knowledge of construction or civil engineering (Desirable).
Salary & Benefits:
•Salary: £25,000-£28,000, depending on experience
