Job description

This Bookkeeper role in Stalbridge will see you managing day-to-day financial transactions, ensuring accurate records and smooth financial operations. It's a hands-on position in the professional services industry where your organisational skills will help keep everything running efficiently.

Client Details

A professional services organisation based in Stalbridge that is looking to grow there team.

Description

Maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.
Process invoices, payments and receipts.
Reconcile bank statements and other accounts.
Prepare VAT returns and support compliance requirements.
Assist with payroll processing and related tasks.
Provide financial reports to management as needed.
Support the preparation of year-end accounts.
Respond to financial queries and liaise with clients or colleagues.

Profile

A successful Bookkeeper should have:

Proven experience in bookkeeping or accounting roles.
Strong knowledge of financial processes and software.
Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
Good communication skills for liaising with stakeholders.
Ability to manage workload and meet deadlines effectively.
