Join a well-established law firm where you'll work alongside experienced fee earners, gain hands-on experience and receive support as you develop your legal knowledge. You may be a law graduate looking for your first opportunity within a law firm, or already have experience working as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal. This is also an ideal opportunity for someone in residential property or conveyancing looking to move into commercial property.

Your role

Support commercial property transactions from instruction through to post-completion
Open files and assist with client onboarding and compliance
Prepare correspondence, contracts, leases and completion documents
Obtain property searches and Land Registry documents
Liaise with clients, solicitors, agents and other professionals
Assist with enquiries and help progress transactions
Support SDLT submissions and Land Registry applications
Maintain accurate files and provide administrative support

About you You'll bring strong communication and organisational skills, attention to detail and a proactive approach to learning. Good IT skills and confidence dealing with clients are also important. Previous commercial property experience would be advantageous but isn't essential, and applications from law graduates are welcomed.
