Wills & Probate Paralegal - Coventry
Private Client Department
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Wills & Probate Paralegal to join a growing and supportive Private Client team.
You'll be involved in drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, advising clients on estate planning matters, handling enquiries and providing general support across the probate department. This role is ideal for a motivated Paralegal seeking to develop their career within a friendly and professional environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Drafting Wills and LPAs
Advising clients on Wills, LPAs and related tax matters
Managing client enquiries and new file openings
Assisting with probate administration
Handling deeds and securities
