Working closely with the Head of People, you will provide support across the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding through to HR administration, employee relations and people initiatives. HR Coordinator - About The Role

As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations, ensuring employees receive a professional and efficient service throughout their employment journey. This is a varied position offering exposure to all aspects of HR while working closely with managers and employees across the business. Main Responsibilities

Coordinate recruitment activities, including advertising roles, arranging interviews and supporting hiring managers.
Manage onboarding processes, preparing contracts, offer letters and induction materials.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
Provide first-line support for HR-related queries.
Support payroll administration and employee benefits processes.
Assist with absence management, probation reviews and employee relations administration.
Coordinate learning and development activities and maintain training records.
Produce HR reports and support people-focused projects and initiatives.
Ensure HR processes remain compliant with company policies and employment legislation.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or HR Coordinator role.
A good understanding of HR processes and best practice.
Ideally CIPD Level 3 qualified or studying towards a qualification.
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail.
Confidence communicating with stakeholders at all levels.
Experience using HR systems and managing confidential information.
A proactive approach and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
