The Role:

As a Legal Secretary, you will provide high-quality secretarial and administrative support to the firm's solicitors and wider team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Providing comprehensive secretarial and administrative support to solicitors
Preparing and formatting legal correspondence and documentation
Managing telephone calls, emails and client enquiries
Diary management and arranging appointments and meetings
Opening and maintaining client files
Preparing documents and assisting with general file administration
Liaising professionally with clients, colleagues and external contacts
Supporting the smooth running of the department on a day-to-day basis

About You:

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within a legal secretarial or legal administrative role and will be confident working in a professional, client-focused environment.
