Private Client Paralegal, Excellent Progression, Market Harborough, Leicestershire - Hybrid Working

The Firm

An excellent opportunity has arisen to join a specialist and growing Private Client practice in Market Harborough.

The firm is dedicated to Private Client work, advising individuals and families across Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts, Lasting Powers of Attorney and wider Estate Planning, including work for high-net-worth clients and more complex estates.

As part of a smaller specialist team, you will benefit from excellent direct contact with senior lawyers and Partners, giving you the opportunity to learn from experienced practitioners rather than becoming lost within a large department.

The Role

Supporting a broad range of Private Client matters
Exposure to Wills, Probate, Estate Administration, Trusts and LPAs
Working with a varied client base, including high-net-worth individuals and families
Assisting on more complex estates and Estate Planning matters
Regular direct contact with Partners and senior Private Client lawyers
Liaising directly with clients, beneficiaries and third parties
Drafting legal documents and correspondence
Opportunity to take on increasing levels of responsibility as you develop
Excellent scope to broaden your Private Client knowledge and progress your career

Previous Private Client, Wills & Probate or related experience
Applications welcomed from Paralegals, Legal Assistants and junior Fee Earners
A genuine ambition to build a long-term career within Private Client
Strong client-care and communication skills
Organised, personable and comfortable dealing with sensitive matters
Keen to develop technically and take on greater responsibility
