Key Requirements - Essential
Previous family law experience gained within a law firm.
Experience assisting with private family matters, including divorce and children matters.
Strong client care and communication skills.
Ability to work effectively within a small team.
Strong organisational and time-management skills.
Professional and proactive approach to client service.
The Role
Envision People is representing a well-established Suffolk law firm seeking a Family Paralegal to join its busy team in Beccles.
The role is predominantly focused on private family law, supporting fee earners on a range of matters including divorce and children work. There will also be the opportunity to gain exposure to private client matters, including wills and probate.
This opportunity would suit a candidate looking to develop their career within a supportive and client-focused legal practice.
Desirable Experience
The following would be advantageous:
Previous court attendance experience.
Experience preparing bundles and legal documents.
Exposure to wills and probate matters.
Law degree, LPC or SQE studies.
Working Environment
Full-time office-based position.
