FindCore are thrilled to be assisting an established heavy lifting equipment business with the recruitment of a Logistics Coordinator.

Permanent, full-time position based in Aberdeen. This company has a fantastic reputation

Salary

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate the movement of lifting equipment and associated components to and from sites.

Plan logistics schedules with operations teams, site supervisors and transport providers.

Manage transport documentation including permits, route plans and lifting schedules.

Monitor and track crane movements using logistics and GPS systems.

Maintain accurate records of equipment usage, delivery times and maintenance schedules.

Respond to logistics issues, delays and changing site requirements.

Support procurement and inventory management for crane parts and accessories.

Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment is ready and available.

Ensure transport activity complies with health & safety requirements, road regulations and load restrictions.

Skills & Experience

Previous experience within logistics, transport coordination or a similar role.

Experience within cranes, heavy lifting, construction or heavy equipment would be highly advantageous.

Good understanding of transport planning and regulations.

Strong organisation and scheduling skills.

Confident working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities.

Good communication and problem-solving ability.
