Night Support Worker

About this role
In this role, you'll support one individual with complex needs as part of a consistent care team, with regular weekly shifts and rotas planned in advance. While the role is offered on a flexible zero-hours contract, the work is ongoing and typically provides a stable working pattern with the same client.
What you'll be doing:
•12-hour waking night shifts (21:00 - 9:00)
•Delivering person-centred, one-to-one care
•Supporting with all aspects of daily living and personal care
•Providing specialist clinical support (full training provided)
•Preparing meals and supporting household routines
•Supporting the client to engage in outings hobbies and activities
•Building a strong, trusting relationship through consistent care
•Build positive working relationships, communicate openly and professionally, and contribute to a supportive and respectful team environment.
•Follow organisational policies, procedures, safeguarding requirements, and professional standards at all times.
Requirements
•Full UK manual drivers licence - to drive the clients vehicle
•Comfortable around animals
•Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centred care and be willing to go the extra mile to support the people we care for.
