Job description

As a Payroll Executive, you'll handle the day-to-day administration of payroll for a range of clients, ensuring accuracy and compliance. This role is key to helping the business deliver a reliable and efficient service to its clients.

Client Details

Our client is based in Portsmouth, and due to a busy period and various ongoing projects, the Payroll team is looking for additional support.

Description

Manage end-to-end payroll processing for multiple clients.
Ensure compliance with payroll regulations and legislation.
Handle payroll queries and provide timely resolutions.
Maintain accurate payroll records and documentation.
Assist with payroll reporting and reconciliation tasks.
Support the implementation of updates to payroll systems and processes.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth payroll operations.
Stay informed on changes to payroll legislation and industry standards.

Profile

A successful Payroll Executive should have:

Experience in payroll processing and administration.
A good understanding of payroll legislation and compliance requirements.
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
Proficiency in payroll software and Microsoft Office applications.
Effective communication skills to liaise with clients and internal teams.
A proactive and problem-solving mindset.

Job Offer

Salary ranging from £29,000 to £32,000 dependent on the level of experience.
Permanent position.
