Reporting to the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for:

Supporting daily bank reconciliations and postings across four primary accounts
Managing credit card reconciliations and postings (GBP and Euro)
Assisting with month-end processes, including prepayments, fixed asset, and accrual reconciliations
Pulling stock reports and handling cash reconciliations to close books
Preparing balance sheet reconciliations and contributing to the management pack
Reporting by working day 12
Improving processes and supporting the wider finance team

What you will need:

Previous experience in a similar finance role (Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant, Junior Accountant, Assistant Accountant)
Ideally 1-2 years' experience and ready to take on more responsibility
Strong Excel skills, including Vlookups and Pivot Tables
Calm under pressure, intuitive, and comfortable speaking with stakeholders
