Accounts & Operations Coordinator

The Role:
Track transactions and financial activity from start to finish
Maintain accurate accounts records, spreadsheets and operational systems
Monitor invoices, payments and supporting documentation
Reconcile information and investigate discrepancies
Liaise with colleagues, suppliers and customers to resolve queries
Support month-end processes and reporting requirements
Assist with process improvements and efficient day-to-day business operations
About You:
Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
Previous experience in accounts administration, finance support, bookkeeping or a similar role
Good Excel and spreadsheet skills
Confident working with financial data and documentation
Strong organisational and communication skills
A proactive, positive approach and willingness to learn
Commercial awareness and the ability to prioritise effectively
