HR Administrator urgently required!

We are recruiting for an experienced HR Administrator to join a busy and supportive People Team, providing a high-quality administration service across the full employee lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous administration or HR experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

The Role

As HR Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing guidance and support to employees and managers while ensuring HR processes are delivered accurately and efficiently.

You will play a key role in supporting employee onboarding, contractual changes, HR systems administration, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver a first-class HR administration service across the employee lifecycle.
Produce contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation accurately and within agreed timescales.
Process new starters, changes and leavers using the HR and Payroll system.
Work closely with the Recruitment Team to ensure a seamless onboarding experience.
Support the administration and processing of annual pay reviews.
Manage and respond to queries received through the HR inbox, ensuring excellent customer service and adherence to SLAs.
Provide first-line support to managers and employees regarding HR systems and self-service functionality.
Assist with HR system administration, user access requests and issue resolution.
Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with GDPR and audit requirements.
Support continuous improvement initiatives within HR processes and systems.
Act as a visible and approachable point of contact for HR administration support across the organisation.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous experience within an administration role, ideally HR Administration or HR Assistant level

Strong attention to detail and the ability to produce accurate documentation

Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Confidence handling confidential and sensitive information

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

An understanding of employment legislation and HR best practice would be advantageous
