An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Family Paralegal to join a successful and growing family law team in Devizes. This role offers hands-on experience across a broad range of family matters, working closely alongside experienced solicitors and fee earners.

Key Responsibilities
•Assisting solicitors with a varied caseload of family law matters, including:
•Divorce and separation
•Financial remedy proceedings
•Private children matters
•Domestic abuse cases
•Drafting legal documents, correspondence, and court bundles
•Liaising with clients, courts, and third parties in a professional and empathetic manner
•Attending client meetings and taking detailed instructions
•Managing files and ensuring compliance with SRA and internal procedures
•Supporting fee earners to progress matters efficiently and maintain high client care standards
About You
•Previous experience working within family law as a paralegal or legal assistant is highly desirable
•Strong understanding of family law procedures and documentation
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a compassionate approach to clients
•Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
•Strong IT skills, including experience with case management systems
•A law degree (LLB) or LPC/SQE is preferred but not essential
