Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Service Advisor to join a reputable family-run dealership in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity for a Service Advisor to advance their career within a supportive and friendly environment. On-target earnings (OTE) approximately £30,000, including commission and bonuses

Duties of the Service Advisor:

Greeting customers and establishing their vehicle service requirements
Booking vehicles for servicing and repairs efficiently
Advising customers on additional work needed and up-selling where appropriate
Preparing estimates and clearly explaining service requirements to clients
Ensuring customer satisfaction and building strong relationships
Managing service documentation and processing all relevant paperwork accurately

Requirements:

Previous experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within a dealership environment
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage a busy workload effectively
Professional attitude and proactive approach
Good organisational skills and attention to detail
Full UK driving licence
