Experienced Service Advisor Required

Exciting Opportunity with a Hot Brand - Main Dealership

Basic Salary: Up to £31,000 (DOE) + Excellent OTE & Benefits

Monday - Friday

Are you an experienced service advisor looking to join a successful main dealership representing a highly desirable brand?

Our client, a busy and progressive main dealer based in Canterbury, is looking to recruit a service advisor to join their established service department team. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a supportive and professional team, with excellent long-term career progression available.

Key responsibilities:

Meeting and greeting customers in the service reception
Delivering outstanding customer service at all times
Booking in vehicles and advising customers on repair timelines
Liaising with the workshop and keeping customers updated
Handling general administration duties
Working collaboratively within a busy team environment

The ideal candidate:

Previous experience as a service advisor within the motor trade
Strong knowledge of dealership processes
Professional, well presented and customer focused
Excellent communication skills
Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Full UK driving licence (essential)
