Job description

Property Finance Paralegal

My client is a well-established and modern Legal 200 Hampshire based law firm.

It services both business and private client areas of law.

The firm is seeking a Paralegal for its leading Property Finance Department.

You will be responsible for running your own transactions with supervision and your work will include:

Preparing the relevant security and ancillary documents from templates
Reviewing valuation reports
Basic review of title and transactional documents, identifying issues and taking the necessary steps to resolve them
Liaising with both the client and the borrower's Solicitors to achieve completion of the security
Dealing with the receipt and despatch of funds to complete the finance.
