Job description

This Temporary HR Administrator role will support the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations with efficient administrative duties. It's a hands-on position that ensures the team remains organised and on track.

Client Details

This role is working for a successful company based in Winchester.

Description

Manage and organise daily administrative tasks to support the team effectively.
Maintain accurate records and update internal systems as required.
Handle correspondence, including emails and phone calls, professionally.
Coordinate and schedule interviews, ensuring all arrangements are in place.
Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and presentations.
Conduct ID checks.
Assist with data entry and ensure information is kept up to date.
Support the team with ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed.
Maintain confidentiality and manage sensitive information appropriately.

Profile

A successful Temporary HR Administrator should have:

Strong organisational and time management skills.
Proficiency in using standard MS office software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and supporting the team.
Previous experience in an administrative role within a similar setting is beneficial.
