Job description
SF Partners are recruiting for a Temporary HR Administrator to join a busy HR team based in Birmingham City Centre. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator who can quickly get up to speed and provide hands-on support across a range of day-to-day HR activities.

Location: Birmingham City Centre - Site Based (non negotiable) Salary: £14.50 - £15.38 per hour Hours: 37.5 hours per week Contract: Temporary - initially around 1 month, with potential to be extended
The role will include:
Providing general HR administration support to the wider HR team
Updating and maintaining employee records on PeopleHR
Preparing contracts, letters and other HR documentation
Supporting the onboarding process for new starters
Completing compliance checks and ensuring records are up to date
Updating holiday, absence and employee information
Responding to general HR administration queries
Ensuring employee files and HR data are accurate and compliant
