Location: Head Office, Woolpit

Are you highly organised, detail-oriented, and looking to build a long-term career in Finance and Accountancy?

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is keen to develop a career within an Accounts environment. Working alongside an experienced and supportive Accounts team, you will gain hands-on exposure to a wide range of accounting functions and processes, with clear opportunities for progression as your confidence and expertise grow. Over time, you will develop valuable experience in areas such as Purchase Ledger, Sales Ledger, Credit Control, Invoice Processing, Reconciliations, and wider Financial Administration.

The Role

As an Accounts Support Administrator, you will provide efficient and accurate administrative support to the Accounts Department, helping to ensure financial records, documentation, and data are maintained accurately and processed in a timely manner.

You will support the team with a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, reporting, document management, and responding to telephone and email enquiries. This varied role will allow you to gain a strong understanding of the day-to-day operation of an Accounts function whilst receiving ongoing guidance and development from experienced colleagues.

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous administration or office-based experience
Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
Enjoys working with data and systems
Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Possesses strong communication skills and a professional telephone manner
Is eager to learn and develop new skills
Has an interest in pursuing a career within Accounts, Finance or Accountancy
Works well both independently and as part of a team

Previous experience within an Accounts or Finance environment would be beneficial but is not essential, as training will be provided.
