Property Paralegal

Location: Winchester Salary: Competitive + Career Development Opportunities

An established and well-respected law firm is looking to add a Property Paralegal to its growing team.

This opportunity would suit someone with previous property law experience, but equally we're keen to speak with ambitious individuals who are looking to build a long-term career within the legal sector. For this firm, attitude, work ethic and a genuine desire to learn are just as important as experience.

You'll be joining a supportive and collaborative environment where you'll have the chance to develop your skills, gain valuable exposure to property transactions and work alongside experienced legal professionals.

Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative and legal support to fee earners
Assisting with residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
Preparing and drafting legal documents and correspondence
Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and third parties
Opening and managing files in line with compliance procedures
Maintaining accurate records and updating case management systems

What We're Looking For

Previous experience within residential property/conveyancing would be advantageous
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills, both written and verbal
A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
Motivated, career-focused individuals who are eager to develop within a legal environment
