Technical Sales Support - Poole - £31,000

You'll be the go-to person customers turn to when they need fast, reliable answers. Every enquiry that lands with you gets followed through, from first contact to CPD seminar booked. This is a role where your organisation and people skills are genuinely put to work, not just admired.

As a Technical Sales Support, your responsibilities will include:

Support Regional Technical Managers with customer enquiries and area development
Identify and qualify promising sales leads from multiple sources
Handle technical product enquiries and requests for literature or samples
Organise, register, and help secure bookings for CPD seminars
Manage and follow up on contractor lists, sales leads, and live projects
Maintain and update the company's CRM system and database records

As a Technical Sales Support, your experience will include:

Experience in a customer-facing or sales support role
Confidence using CRM systems, or a willingness to learn quickly
Strong organisational skills, comfortable managing multiple enquiries at once
Interest in developing technical product knowledge in the construction or waterproofing sector
Experience arranging events, training sessions, or seminars is an advantage
