Location: Farnborough
Salary: £26,000 + 10% performance bonus

We are hiring on behalf of our client for a highly organised Client Service Administrator. This entry-level position is perfect for recent graduates looking to start a career in client services. The role provides crucial administrative and operational support to the Client Engagement function, ensuring excellent customer service and the smooth running of client processes.
Day-to-day of the role:
Provide administrative support to the Client Engagement team.
Prepare and distribute client communications and notifications.
Attend meetings and produce accurate meeting minutes.
Prepare client reports and documentation.
Process client orders and maintain accurate records.
Support contract and pricing administration systems.
Coordinate client onboarding and induction activities.
Manage security and access control administration.
Maintain accurate documentation and records.
Liaise with internal teams to support client requirements and operational delivery.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Essential:
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
Strong administrative and data management abilities.
Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines.
Comfortable working independently and as part of a team.
Desirable:
