Reed is thrilled to be partnering with a proud, family-run fabrications business in Wetherby to recruit a dynamic and detail-driven Administrator for a newly created role. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves variety, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes-this could be your perfect next step.

This role is packed with variety. You'll be managing technical drawings, coordinating deliveries, supporting internal teams, and being the go-to person for all things admin. You'll be the backbone of the business, directly supporting engineers, project managers, and directors. It's a chance to join a close-knit team that genuinely cares about what they do and each other, with room to grow and shape the role as the business evolves.

Key Responsibilities:

Upload and download drawings across multiple portals/websites
Monitor emails for drawing updates, calculations, comments, and actions
Convert files, rename, and save in correct folders
Maintain and update the drawings register
Print and distribute drawings internally
Carry out additional drawing-related admin tasks
Update internal enquiry spreadsheets
Manage deliveries and scan/save delivery notes to the job tracker
Raise purchase orders for materials and consumables
Save and organise test certificates
Update operational and maintenance manuals
Create new contract folders and subfolders
Greet and assist visitors
Answer incoming calls and handle enquiries
Manage post and occasional errands (mileage paid)
Update holiday spreadsheets
Scan and save supplier order acknowledgements
Support directors with ad hoc admin tasks

What We're Looking For:

Strong written, verbal, and numerical skills
Confident with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset
Self-motivated and enthusiastic
Friendly, approachable, and a true team player
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Full UK driving licence

Perks & Culture:

Work with a family-run business that values its people
Enjoy a supportive and collaborative environment
Be part of a company that's growing and evolving
Mileage paid for occasional errands
Make a real impact in a role that's central to operations
