HR Assistant Ref: BCR/JP/32301b Coventry

£26,500 FTE (Pro Rata and Dependent On Experience)

THIS IS A ROLLING CONTRACT

Bell Cornwall Recruitment is delighted to be recruiting for a HR Assistant on behalf of a well-established organisation within the children's services sector. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive individual to join a busy HR team in Coventry.

HR Assistant Responsibilities:

Supporting recruitment from application through to onboarding
Coordinating interviews and recruitment administration
Preparing contracts, offer letters and HR documentation
Processing DBS checks and references
Maintaining accurate HR systems and personnel records
Providing general HR administration support

About You:

Previous HR or recruitment administration experience
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent attention to detail
Confident communication skills
Good IT and Microsoft Office skills
CIPD Level 3 desirable
