Duties of the Sheltered Housing Administrator:
Working within a sheltered housing scheme
Providing high quality administration support
Managing customer enquiries
Supporting rent and tenancy administration
Processing invoices
Dealing with all enquiries both face-to-face and over the phone
Providing reception cover
Essential requirements of the Sheltered Housing Administrator:
Enhanced DBS issued within the last 12 months
