Administrator Houghton-le-Spring Immediate Start

Office Angels are currently recruiting for an HR Administrator to join an organisation in Houghton-le-Spring on a temporary basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator looking for an immediate start, supporting the HR function within the education sector.

The initial contract is expected to last 2-3 months, with the potential for the role to be extended depending on business requirements.

Location: Houghton-le-Spring, free on-site parking
Role: HR Administrator
Contract: Temporary
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, the company can consider part-time or full-time hours - whatever suits you!
Duration: Immediate start, 2-3 months, with potential to extend
Pay rate: £14, paid weekly via Office Angels

Key Responsibilities

Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
Maintaining accurate employee records and HR documentation
Assisting with general HR administration and processes
Supporting with correspondence and updating internal systems
Responding to employee and manager queries where appropriate
Providing general administrative support to the wider team

About You

We're looking for someone who:

Has previous HR or administrative experience
Is organised and highly detail-focused
Has excellent communication skills
Can handle confidential information professionally
Is confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
Can work independently and manage competing priorities
Is available for an immediate start
