Administrator - Newcastle

Supply Care Solutions are a market-leading Medical, Social Care and Education recruitment consultancy, we offer a range of accredited services across the public sector, providing highly skilled, compliant professionals in all grades and specialties, including short, long term and permanent positions.

Hourly Rate: 13.45 (PAYE) TYPE: LOCUM HOURS: Full time role, ongoing until February 2027

Job role

Providing proactive administrative support to the wider team
Managing diaries, calendars and incoming calls
Organising meetings, booking venues, travel and accommodation
Preparing agendas and taking accurate meeting minutes, including confidential meetings
Booking training courses with third-party providers
Updating training records using Oracle
Raising purchase orders (POs) for training courses
Running compliance reports for managers and services
Promoting training courses on Vivo and targeting colleagues who require mandatory training
Processing confidential people administration tasks in line with GDPR and company policies

Locum Administrators Requirements

Previous administration experience
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong organisational and time management skills
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to prioritise a busy workload and meet deadlines
Competent in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)
Strong numerical and analytical skills
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
A proactive attitude with excellent problem-solving skills
Able to work independently and as part of a team
Eligibility to work in the UK without work permit or visa restrictions
