Day-to-Day of the role:

As a Customer Service Advisor, you will be the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and efficient support across a range of enquiries.

Key responsibilities include:

Handling inbound customer calls and emails.

Updating customer information accurately on internal systems.
Providing product, service, and account information.
