Lettings Administrator £27,500 Basic + Career Progression Independent Agency

Highly organised with a strong administrative background and looking to build a career in the property industry?

We're recruiting for a Lettings Administrator to join a well-established and growing independent lettings agency. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong organisational and customer service skills, whether you're already working in lettings or looking to break into the industry.

You'll play a key role in ensuring tenancies progress smoothly from offer agreed through to move-in, providing an exceptional experience for both landlords and tenants.

The Role

As a Lettings Administrator, you will:

Manage the tenancy progression process from agreed let through to move-in
Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy process
Prepare tenancy agreements and associated documentation
Coordinate compliance checks and referencing
Ensure all paperwork is completed accurately and within required timescales
Provide regular updates to all parties involved
Resolve queries efficiently while delivering outstanding customer service
Support the wider lettings team with administrative tasks where required

Lettings Administrator Requirements

Previous lettings experience is beneficial but not essential
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent communication and telephone manner
Computer literate with the ability to learn new systems
Positive, proactive, and customer-focused approach
Able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
