Business Development Executive
Manchester City Centre
£25k basic uncapped OTE
The Role
As our client continues to grow, we're looking to bring a hungry, commercially minded Business Development Executive into the team.
This is a front line role in a fast moving finance brokerage, perfect for someone who enjoys conversations with business owners, understands sales fundamentals and wants a clear path to progression.
What you'll be doing:
Speaking with UK SMEs about funding requirements, specifically focussing on invoice finance and cashflow lending.
Managing inbound lead flow (we will give you lots of leads).
Building your own network & outbound lead origination strategy.
Building long-term relationships with introducers, clients and lenders.
What we're looking for:
Confident communicator (phone-first mindset).
Commercial curiosity. finance experience is a bonus, not essential.
Resilient, driven, and organised.
Someone who wants to build a career, not just do a job.
