Job description

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Financial Services Administrator to join a successful and growing St. James's Place (SJP) practice based in Edinburgh.

Due to continued growth, the practice is looking for an experienced and organised Administrator to provide high-quality support to the wider team and help deliver an excellent service to clients.

The Role:

You will provide day-to-day administrative support across a range of pensions, investments and protection business. Responsibilities will include:

Processing new business and ensuring cases progress smoothly from submission through to completion
Preparing documentation for client meetings and annual reviews
Updating and maintaining accurate client records
Liaising with clients, providers and St. James's Place
Producing valuations and obtaining policy information
Managing correspondence and general client queries
Supporting Advisers with day-to-day administration
Ensuring all work is completed accurately and in line with internal processes and regulatory requirements

To be considered, you should have:

Previous experience within financial services or wealth management administration
Ideally, experience working within an SJP Practice
Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
A professional and confident communication style
The ability to manage your own workload and prioritise effectively
A genuine interest in developing your career within wealth management
