Job description

A well-established business in Thame is looking for a Service Coordinator to join their team on a fixed term contract covering maternity leave. This is a busy and varied Service Coordinator role that will suit someone who enjoys scheduling, organisation and working closely with customers and engineers.

Offering a salary of £26,500 per annum pro rata this is a Fixed Term Contract until mid-August 2027. 8am - 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm finish on a Friday.

Duties:

Schedule engineers and subcontractors for planned works.
Coordinate appointments with clients to ensure compliance deadlines are met.
Raise purchase orders for subcontractors.
Send reports and documentation to customers.
Order chemicals and consumables to maintain workflow.
Manage trackers and scheduling diaries for allocated contracts.
Produce weekly and monthly reports for management.
Build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
Ensure paperwork and reports are completed within agreed timescales.
Support the wider team with administrative tasks.

Experience:

Previous administration or coordination experience within a busy office environment.
Scheduling or planning experience would be advantageous.
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Confident using Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word.
Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
High levels of accuracy and attention to detail.
Proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
