The successful candidate will provide administrative support to both the Waiting List Coordinator team and the Medical Secretary team, helping to ensure that the service runs efficiently and that patients receive a high-quality administrative service throughout their care. This is a varied role within a busy hospital environment and would suit someone who is organised, reliable and enjoys working as part of a team.

You will have regular contact with patients, including communicating with them by telephone, so you should be confident, professional and compassionate when speaking with patients and their families.
