This is a key front-of-house role where you'll be the first point of contact for patients, helping to create a welcoming and professional environment from the moment they arrive.

Working as part of a supportive administration team, youll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth running of clinics and delivering a high-quality, patient-centred service. Working pattern ( 34.

75 hours per week ): Monday: 07:45 19:00 (10. 75 hours) Tuesday Friday: 07:45 14:15 (6 hours per day) This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced healthcare environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

As our receptionist , you will be: Welcoming patients and booking them in for diagnostic and MSK appointments. Managing telephone enquiries and responding to patient queries in a professional and timely manner.

Preparing clinic lists and ensuring all paperwork is ready ahead of appointments. Scheduling appointments and supporting the smooth flow of clinics.

Maintaining accurate data entry and administrative records Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties and providing cover where needed. Delivering a professional, respectful and patientfocused service at all times.
