Are you an experienced administrator with a passion for delivering excellent customer service and supporting people throughout their employment journey? We are looking for an organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive HR Team.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in delivering a high-quality HR administration service across the organisation. As an HR Administrator, you will provide administrative support across a wide range of HR activities, including recruitment and onboarding, contractual changes, absence administration, mandatory training, HR systems administration and workforce reporting.

You will work closely with managers, employees and colleagues across the organisation, providing a professional and responsive service while ensuring HR processes are completed accurately, efficiently and in line with organisational policies and procedures. This role would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, has excellent attention to detail and takes pride in delivering a high standard of customer service.

You will be joining a team where collaboration, knowledge sharing and continuous improvement are actively encouraged. Please note that we are unable to offer visa sponsorship for this position.

Applicants will be required to demonstrate their right to work in the UK at interview. Please note this is a part time role offering 30 hours per week.

You will support the delivery of an efficient and effective HR administration service, acting as a first point of contact for routine HR enquiries and helping managers and employees navigate HR processes. You will support recruitment and onboarding activities, including advertising vacancies, undertaking pre-employment checks, preparing offer documentation and coordinating new starter processes.

You will maintain accurate employee records and electronic personnel files, ensuring information is recorded securely and maintained in accordance with data protection requirements. You will also support the administration of key HR systems, including Bluestream, PCSA, Radar and RotaMaster.

You will support sickness absence administration, maintaining accurate records, highlighting absence triggers and ensuring information is reported within required timescales. You will assist with mandatory training administration, professional registration monitoring and the production of HR reports and workforce data.

Working closely with the wider HR Team, you will contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, support HR projects and help ensure a consistent, customer-focused service is delivered across the organisation. The HR Administrator will provide a high-quality, customer-focused HR administration service across the organisation, supporting the delivery of efficient, accurate and compliant HR processes.
