Role overview
The Digital Services Business Support Officer supports the delivery of Digital Services across the Trust through the provision of comprehensive administrative, coordination and information management support. The role works across a broad range of operational, governance and project activities, liaising with staff, stakeholders and suppliers to ensure the efficient functioning of the service.
The postholder will support a range of departmental activities including diary and mailbox management, meeting coordination, production of agendas and minutes, action tracking, document management, data entry and reporting, procurement administration and the maintenance of digital records. Please note: This vacancy does not meet the criteria for Skilled Worker sponsorship, unless you meet the criteria by temporary exemption from current changes to immigration rules put in force on 22/07/2025. The postholder will be required to collate and present information from a variety of sources, ensuring accuracy, timeliness and compliance with Trust policies and information governance requirements. Acting as a key point of contact for Digital Services, the postholder will communicate effectively with staff at all levels across the Trust, external organisations and suppliers, ensuring that information is appropriately shared, recorded and escalated when necessary.
The postholder will work closely with colleagues across Digital Services and with administrative staff throughout the Trust to support the efficient and effective delivery of high-quality digital services.
