Other responsibilities will include: Answering the telephone and responding to enquiries at reception, redirecting calls to relevant staff and recording messages accordingly. Completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, and providing administrative assistance as required by the General Manager.

As a Receptionist, you will provide professional, high-quality customer service as the first point of contact, alongside offering a range of administrative services. Responsibilities include answering phones, managing enquiries, forwarding calls, recording messages, completing reception-related administration, maintaining databases, providing administrative assistance, and ensuring the tidiness of the reception area in collaboration with Housekeeping.
