Primary Duties: Greet and assist patients and visitors, providing guidance and support as needed Manage the appointment system, including booking, rescheduling, and follow-ups Respond to enquiries in person, by phone, or by email in a professional manner Enter and update patient information accurately on the computer system Assist patients with payments for private services and issue receipts Process new patient registrations and temporary cover documentation Support clinical and administrative staff with general tasks as required Maintain a tidy, organized, and professional reception area Ensure security procedures are followed at the start and end of the day Additional Duties: Assist with scanning, filing, and other document management tasks Support colleagues during staff absences or periods of high workload Follow practice policies on confidentiality, health & safety, and safeguarding Contribute to continuous improvement and efficient service delivery within the team
