Can cover extended hours on Mondays (12:0020:00) on a rota basis. 2.

Is available to work flexible weekday shifts between 08:00 and 18:30. 3.

Has previous GP surgery experience. 4.

Possesses IT skills and is proficient in EMIS Web. 5.

Key Responsibilities As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will play a vital role in supporting the smooth running of the practice and providing an excellent service to our patients. Your responsibilities will include: 1.

Welcoming and assisting patients in a friendly, professional, and compassionate manner. 2.

Managing appointments, telephone calls, emails, and patient requests efficiently. 3.

Supporting the triage process by accurately recording and directing patient queries according to practice procedures. 4.

Providing administrative support, including data entry, scanning, filing, processing prescription requests, and maintaining accurate patient records. 5.

Processing patient registrations and ensuring information is recorded accurately. 6.

Maintaining confidentiality and handling sensitive patient information securely in line with data protection requirements. 7.

Working collaboratively with GPs, clinicians, and the wider practice team to support effective patient care. Job Description As a Receptionist/Administrator, you will support the smooth running of the practice by providing an efficient, professional, and patient-focused service.
